What is CBT?

CBT is a form of psychotherapy or talking therapy but unlike many other talking therapies, it is based on scientific principles and widely and rigorously researched – this means that there is clear evidence to show its effectiveness for treating a wide range of common mental health difficulties.

Getting Help
